Owner, Peter Akel has been involved in the home building business for over 30 years. For the past 15 years Peter and his wife Marlene have been involved in the interior designing business. This business has grown to be the largest flooring and granite design center in Southern New Mexico.

The Design Center is one of the largest importers of stone and fabricators in the southwest. "My experience as a builder gives me a unique perspective on helping people satisfy their needs and home builders satisfy the needs of their clients," Akel said.
